The 2013-2014 National Basketball Association season tips off on Tuesday, October 29, featuring the Chicago Bulls rolling into a game with the Miami Heat and the Clippers and Lakers battling for control of Los Angeles.  The Heat are hoping to start the road to a three-peat, while the Bulls are hoping to have former MVP Derrick Rose back and healthy again.

So what games are there to look out for in the coming year?

The Golden State Warriors look to take an early division lead on the Clippers with the help of new addition, guard/forward Andre Iguodala, as the teams meet in the Staples Center on Halloween night.

On November 7, center Dwight Howard and the Houston Rockets take on Howard’s former team, the Los Angeles Lakers, for the first time since Howard’s departure.

Christmas Day once again features a multitude of good matchups with the Oklahoma City Thunder, New York Knicks, Heat, Lakers, Bulls, Brooklyn Nets, Rockets, San Antonio Spurs, Clippers, and Warriors all taking the court.

Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce return to Boston for the first time as members of the Brooklyn Nets as the Nets face off against the Celtics on January 26, 2014. In addition, the Miami Heat meet the San Antonio Spurs for the first time since defeating the Spurs in a thrilling seven game Finals series that day in Miami.

For the many fans of the NBA hoping to have a chance to get a glimpse of some of the top teams as they come to the Amway Center to take on the Orlando Magic, here are the dates of those games:

November 3 – Brooklyn Nets

November 6 – Los Angeles Clippers

November 20 – Miami Heat
