It’s that time of year once again! With the holiday season settling in and plans being made, everyone’s excitement for winter break is visible in the atmosphere. Most students are counting down the days until they are able to get a small reprieve from school. However, before vacations and plans commence, we still have our nine week exams to get through.
Monday (15th) – Similar to a typical Wednesday, students will go to all their periods with one small twist- 7th period will be 110 minutes where you will take your exam. Other periods will go on for 39 minutes besides the 1st period which will last 43 minutes.
Tuesday (16th) – Starting on Tuesday, school will end early at 11:05am. From this day onwards, students will also be prohibited from bringing a backpack, and only be allowed to bring a small lunchbox or purse. There will be an optional lunch that will last from 11:05 to 11:25 before buses start to depart at 11:30am. Only two exams will occur and these will be your only periods for the day. On this day, it will be your 1st and 4th exams.
Wednesday (17th) – On Wednesday, you will be taking your 2nd and 6th period exams.
Thursday (18th) – With Friday marking the start of winter break, this will be your final day of school, with your 3rd and 5th period exams taking place.
Friday (19th) – The start of winter break.
With only one week remaining, most of which are significantly shorter than usual, it will quickly pass by. Make sure you’re prepared for your exams and have a great winter break.
Go NNoles!
