About a month ago on August 10th 2011 14-year-old Karla Vazquez volunteered at Millennium Middle School for volunteering hours.
Millennium Middle School is located in Sanford; FL. Vazquez sold more than 250 planners to students and parents visiting the campus for orientation and schedule pick-up. Planners were first being sold for $5 in the morning and $3 in the afternoon. The planners were for students entering 6th-8th grade in the 2011-2012 school year. Cautious parents bought 2 or more for their children just in case the original one went missing. “Volunteering is fun” said Karla Vazquez “I’d love to do it again soon.”
