Ingredients
4 ounce Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon cold fat free milk, divided
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip
1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust
1 can pumpkin
1 package Jell-O vanilla flavor pudding
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Beat cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended, stir in cool whip. Spread on to bottom of crust
Beat pumpkin, pudding mix, spices and remaining miilk with whisk 2 minutes. Spread over cool whip layer in crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
